Privacy policy

The purpose of this privacy policy is to describe which personal data is collected on our website. The privacy policy also describes how the data is processed, with Timegrip acting as the Data Processor carrying out the processing on behalf of our customers based on their instructions.

Timegrip process personal data about contacts in connection with our customers. In addition, we process data about persons representing potential customers who, for example, contact us via the contact form on our website or by e-mail.

This personal data includes:

  • Name
  • E-mail
  • Telephone number
  • Job title
  • Billing address

The collection and processing of data is necessary for us to be able to serve our customers and Timegrip undertakes to ensure that all personal data is processed confidentially and in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations at all times.

Timegrip does not collect sensitive personal data, nor will any personal data be shared with a third party. The exception is in cases where there is a statutory duty of disclosure or a court order from the public authorities to hand over personal data.

Digital tracking

In addition, Timegrip collects data via the following digital tracking technologies:

  • Cookies – we use cookies on our website. For more information, see our cookie policy.
  • Google Analytics – This cookie gives us the possibility to see users’ activity on our website. Timegrip anonymises all IP addresses before the data is forwarded to Google so that individuals can not be identified.
  • MailChimp – Collects data when signing up for newsletters. Every user must give consent before the data is collected.

You are entitled to access and to delete the personal data that is stored about you at any time. This is done by contacting Timegrip via one of our contact channels.

Timegrip Workforce Management – The services involve personal data and the purpose for which it is processed is decided by our customers. This means that our customers are the Data Controllers and Timegrip is the Data Processor. The relationship between the Data Controller and the Data Processor is regulated by a Data Processor agreement which is entered into by the two parties.

Timegrip will not ask for consent to process the registered personal data as it is a precondition when filling in the employment contract between the registered person and the Data Controller. The registered person shall exercise his/her rights by contacting the relevant person or department of the Data Controller.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We recommend that you visit this page on a regular basis to keep yourself up to date with any changes
