How fast can I get started with Timegrip?

You can start using Timegrip Standard very quickly. You will be granted access to your service 1–2 days after signing the contract.

How can I check in at work in if I don’t have a smartphone?

You can use Storefront to clock in and out of your workplace if you don’t have a smartphone or don’t want to enable access to your phone’s location.

I can’t log on to the app

If you need a new single-use password or aren’t sure of your user name or the name of the service, contact your manager or the super-user for your service.

Can I use Timegrip at home or when I’m on holiday?

Yes, as long as you have an internet connection you can use Timegrip wherever you want.

Is it possible to book a training course for new employees?

Yes, you can book a training course from one of our instructors at any time. Instruction will be given either at your location, at our own premises or via video.

How do I download the app?

The Timegrip app can be downloaded from the App Store or Play Store for IOS and Android, respectively.

Why can’t I see my work schedule in the app?

Before the individual work schedule can be made available in the app, the department manager must first approve the department’s overall work schedule.
