Our objective

Early on, Timegrip’ s vision was to create transparency and insight, and offer control of work schedules and working hours to department managers in an analogue world. But then, in the autumn of 2007, Steve Jobs stood on the stage at Macworld and introduced the iPhone. A smartphone in everyone’s pocket opened up completely new ways of involving employees in the operation of their workplace.

We want to create a new and more harmonious working relationship between employees and their managers and provide a better work-life balance.  We want to make it possible for employees to influence their working day and work schedules, at the same time as we automate, digitalize and continue to give managers complete control.

In short, we want everyone to have an easy workday!
