Why Timegrip?

The concept was developed with the aim of creating a web-based service for optimized staffing in the retail sector. A service that was intended to make the working day easier for department managers and store managers everywhere, by putting them ahead of and giving them control over their personnel costs before things took a wrong turn.

After many late nights at the keyboard, Gaute had completed the programming of an initial prototype. The first pilot customer, Voice Norge AS, started using the service in the autumn of 2005. The pilot project was a success, Voice Norge AS became Timegrip first customer and remains a customer to this very day. With this experience under their belts, Timegrip AS was incorporated on January 1st, 2006.

Since then, the company has never looked back…
